Our management company, Renaissance Community Partners, they have managed the property for several years. RCP is also responsible for collections efforts to help homeowners fulfill their financial obligations to the community.

They perform regular inspections of the community to help homeowners fulfill their obligations to keep the community rules. The objective is to maintain and enhance the property values of our community. The CC&R enforcement policy is as follows:

•  First observation of a violation - Sticky note
•  Second observation of the same violation - Letter
•  Third observation of the same violation - $35.00 fine (minimum)
•  Fourth observation of the same violation - $100.00 fine (minimum)
•  Each observation of the same violation will also carry fines until the problem is resolved.
•  Fines for RV parking violations will carry a minimum fine of $150.00 per occurrence.
